Privacy of your documents
What you upload is used to provide the service to you. Using your conversations to improve it is optional: on by default on Free, off on Pro and Firm, and you change it in Settings → Privacy and data. We do not run browsing analytics or track what you read.
- Encryption
- Your information travels and is stored encrypted, backups included, and passwords are stored hashed: nobody on our team can see them.
- Protected access
- Optional two-step verification and sign-in with your Google account. On the Firm plan, each person has their own access.
- You decide
- You can export your content and delete your account. The details are in our Privacy Notice (in Spanish).
