Who we are
SoyLic is built by lawyers from different areas of law and by technology professionals in Mexico. It started because Mexican lawyers needed a tool made for Mexican law, not a generic tool that only reads documents. Each lawyer on the team brings what they know of their area so that SoyLic answers well in it.
What we want
Practicing law in Mexico should not depend on the size of the firm. A lawyer working on their own in Tlaxcala should have the same law and the same criteria at hand as a large firm in Mexico City.
Mission
Lawyers who litigate or advise in Mexico work with 32 different legal systems, a huge body of case law and deadlines that change from court to court. We believe that load should not be manual work. SoyLic brings the law, the criteria and your documents together in one place, and always shows where each answer comes from.

We started local: the laws of all 32 states, not only the federal ones; rulings and deadlines counted the way they are counted here. The judgment and the signature always belong to the lawyer: SoyLic helps you get there faster and check it.
